Artwork Questions

How do I send my Artwork?

As you’ll be sending high resolution files to us, they may be quite large file sizes, that aren’t suitable for email. Generally, the email attachment limit is around 5-10MB, our suggested cap for sending files via email is 7MB. If your artwork files are larger than this, you can use the website platform WeTransfer, which is secure and free to use. After we receive your file, it will be checked by one of our experienced design team for, trim, image resolution, bleed, safe area, gutter, embedded fonts, and orientation. We will advise you of any issue of this nature.

It’s important to note that our Technical Artwork Check is not a proofing service and we do not check any elements of your design, spelling, grammar, or colour matching.

After we have completed our Artwork Technical Check on the files you have supplied, you will receive a FREE digital proof within 2 working days for your approval.

We offer a free of charge design service. We can create your artwork from scratch or help with a design you have created, simply email us at sales@newtonmesh.co.uk your design brief and requirements after you have placed your order.

Do you offer products not listed on your website?

Yes, we do offer other products and finishing options. We show our core product range on our website. Due to the vast variety of options available on printed products, we show the most popular. We can supply other options and products as a bespoke order. Due to our quick turnaround time, we start working on your order straight away. We advise calling us at your earliest convenience to pause your order. We will advise what stage we are at and whether there will be a fee to cover any expenses and time.

Before artwork approval – If you need to make a change to your order before you have approved your artwork for printing, please call us on 01953 711994 and a member of our team will be able to arrange this for you.

After artwork approval – At this stage production has begun, to cover any expenses, we may have to charge an order amendment fee. A fee will be advised on your amendment request, based off our progress with your order. Please call us on 01953 711994.

Our standard lead time is 7-10 working days from artwork approval. (Approval by 11am to include the approval day). For orders that require larger quantities or complex customisations, this can extend to up to 15 days during busy periods. If you have a tighter deadline, please don’t hesitate to give us a call on 01953711994 to be advised if we can achieve your required delivery date.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

We can change the delivery address on your order right up to the point before a delivery label has been produced.

After this point, we may be able to change the delivery address with our courier, however this can incur a 24-hour delay.

What are your delivery costs?

We have a set delivery cost of £17.45.

For bespoke orders and special requests quantities, we will advise your delivery cost on your quotation.

Tracking your delivery

We send orders via several couriers depending on the size of your order. If your order has been shipped with a courier that offers a tracking service, we will email you the details upon despatch. Can I cancel my order?

As much as we would love to work with you, we understand a situation may accrue where you need to cancel your order. We do our best to make this a straightforward process if required.
