Every Arch Flag begins as a crisp white canvas. We then apply full-colour, dye-sublimated graphics on premium 115 gsm knitted polyester, producing rich detail with between 80 and 90 % show-through on the reverse. As you’ll be sending high resolution files to us, they may be quite large file sizes, that aren’t suitable for email. Generally, the email attachment limit is around 5-10MB, our suggested cap for sending files via email is 7MB. If your artwork files are larger than this, you can use the website platform WeTransfer, which is secure and free to use. After we receive your file, it will be checked by one of our experienced design team for, trim, image resolution, bleed, safe area, gutter, embedded fonts, and orientation. We will advise you of any issue of this nature.
It’s important to note that our Technical Artwork Check is not a proofing service and we do not check any elements of your design, spelling, grammar, or colour matching.
After we have completed our Artwork Technical Check on the files you have supplied, you will receive a FREE digital proof within 2 working days for your approval.

After artwork approval – At this stage production has begun, to cover any expenses, we may have to charge an order amendment fee. A fee will be advised on your amendment request, based off our progress with your order. Please call us on 01953 711994.

We can change the delivery address on your order right up to the point before a delivery label has been produced.
After this point, we may be able to change the delivery address with our courier, however this can incur a 24-hour delay.

We have a set delivery cost of £17.45.
For bespoke orders and special requests quantities, we will advise your delivery cost on your quotation.
We send orders via several couriers depending on the size of your order. If your order has been shipped with a courier that offers a tracking service, we will email you the details upon despatch.
